PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT, ACCESSING OR USING REEL IT, REQUESTING OR ACCEPTING A BOOKING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.
Customers and Reelos must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter these Terms and use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
Reel It provides a technology-enabled marketplace and service-booking platform through which Customers may request content-capture and related services and eligible independent service providers called Reelos may receive, accept and perform bookings. Reel It may establish eligibility, quality, safety, payment and operational rules.
Users must provide accurate information, keep it updated and maintain control of their account/device. OTPs and authentication credentials must not be shared with unauthorized persons. Reel It may require profile, training, portfolio, payment, payout or other verification for particular features.
Reelos may be required to complete onboarding, training and profile review. Edited bookings are restricted to Reelos who have opted into editing work and received Reel It editing approval. Application or portfolio submission alone is not approval. Turning off future editing eligibility does not cancel already accepted work.
Bookings are subject to payment, availability, matching and acceptance. Customers are responsible for accurate service, duration, time and location information. Current session tiers may include Quick (up to 60 minutes), Standard (up to 90 minutes) and Extended (up to 3 hours), with prices/options displayed at purchase. Services are primarily time-based and content-focused; no fixed number of photos, clips, reels or takes is promised unless expressly stated.
Users must follow the in-app arrival process. After successful Customer OTP verification and matching recording-device confirmation, the Platform may automatically start the paid session. Users must not confirm arrival or exchange/enter an OTP prematurely or fraudulently.
The Reelo must remain reasonably available for the purchased duration, subject to safety, emergency or Customer-conduct issues. A Reelo may not ordinarily end a paid session early merely to leave after verification. The Platform may restrict early completion and automatically complete the session when paid time expires. An extension activates only after Reelo acceptance and successful Customer payment.
For Originals on a Customer device, content is ordinarily already on that device. For Originals on a Reelo device, required delivery must be completed and the Platform may display a 24-hour target. For Edited services on a Customer device, the 48-hour editing target begins after required raw footage is uploaded. For Edited services on a Reelo device, the target may begin at physical session completion. Ending the physical session does not cancel outstanding delivery obligations.
Customers must provide a lawful and reasonably safe location, be reasonably ready, treat Reelos respectfully, provide lawful instructions and obtain permissions required for filming people, property, venues, music or other materials. Customer-caused delay in providing required raw footage may delay editing.
Reelos must perform accepted bookings professionally, safely and in good faith, follow the booked scope, protect Customer content and complete required delivery. Off-platform payment solicitation, false completion, misuse of Customer information, harassment, discrimination, fraud and unauthorized use of Customer footage are prohibited.
Customers must pay confirmed booking and extension amounts through approved digital methods. Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Reelo earnings become payable only under applicable completion, delivery, confirmation, hold, dispute and payout rules and may be delayed/adjusted for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, incomplete service or legal requirements.
Customers retain rights they already own in supplied materials and grant Reel It and the assigned Reelo a limited license to process booking content only as reasonably necessary to perform, deliver, support or lawfully administer the service. Reelos may not independently publish, sell, train models on or use Customer content in a portfolio without separate authorization. Uploaded booking media is generally retained for up to 72 hours after the applicable delivery/completion process.
Users must not use Reel It for unlawful, dangerous, sexually exploitative, harassing, discriminatory, fraudulent or rights-infringing activity; manipulate OTP/session/payment systems; interfere with Platform security; or misuse another user's information. Reel It Support is not a substitute for public emergency services.
Reel It may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for fraud, safety risk, unlawful activity, material breach, repeated service failure, non-payment, verification failure or legal/regulatory requirements. Users may request deletion through the in-app or public deletion process.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Reel It does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, continuous Reelo availability, a particular match or a particular subjective creative result. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights, warranties, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy. Reel It may depend on third-party payment, cloud, maps, device and infrastructure services that operate under their own terms/policies.
Reel It may update these Terms to reflect changes in services, law, security, technology or business practices. Material updates will carry a revised Last Updated date and additional notice where required or appropriate.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable law, courts of competent jurisdiction in Kolkata, West Bengal will have jurisdiction. Users are encouraged to contact support first so Reel It has a reasonable opportunity to review the issue.
